We've been smoking meats since 1996, and have been told that we have a distinct taste that can't be matched unless you're willing to drive 6 hours one way!
We've smoked for as few as 10 people and have fed as many as 5,000 in a weekend. Our smoker can accommodate enough meat to feed 3,000 people at one time!
